February 4, 2026 (Winter Park, FL) — Michael Collard today announced the sale of Vineland Galleria, a 16-acre land parcel fronting Interstate 4 in the Disney World area. Collard, in partnership with The Cornerstone Group of Miami, acquired the property in 2025. The sale price was $35,000,000. The buyer is undisclosed.
