Collard, in partnership with The Cornerstone Group of Miami, acquired the property for $15.2M. The development plan includes a BJ’s Membership Warehouse, Specialty grocer, and many other uses totaling over 250,000 square feet.
(Winter Park, FL) — Michael Collard today announced the sale of Vineland Galleria, a 16-acre land parcel fronting Interstate 4 in the Disney World area. Collard, in partnership with The Cornerstone Group of Miami, acquired the property in 2025. The sale price was $35,000,000. The buyer is undisclosed.
Plans to transform a vacant site in Orlando’s tourism corridor into an immersive art and events center called AREA15 are no longer moving forward, but a proposal for another commercial development on the property is taking shape.
