The Deland Collection is a 200,000 square foot retail development at SR 472 and MLK Boulevard. The gateway to Deland and West Volusia County. Adjacent to Interstate 4, Advent Health and the 1,500,000 foot Deland Tech Park. The development will consist of a Membership Warehouse, Specialty Grocer, Soft goods and other quality national retailers and restaurants. Elevation Point

Elevation Pointe was originally conceived by another developer. MCP saw an opportunity to serve Publix by completing this store. Ground was broken in December 2024 with a Publix completion by November 2025. In addition to Publix and their associated liquor store we are adding a Circle K, Chase Bank, 7 Brews Coffee and multiple other concepts.
